Lake Dead follows three sisters (Tara Gerard, Kelsey Crane, and Kelsey Weeden) on a road trip that will change their lives forever. After inheriting a lakeside motel from their long lost grandfather, the sisters embark on a journey to discover their past and preserve their future. Unbeknownst to them, they enter a nightmarish world of brutal torture, murder, incest and necrophilia. The phrase “blood is thicker than water” has never been more fitting. Lake Dead, also starring Alex Quinn, Dan Woods, Jim Devoti, and James C. Burns, is a bloodcurdling horror film that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Lake Dead Premiering at Horrorfest 2007
Alliance Group Entertainment's film Lake Dead has been picked up for domestic theatrical distribution by After Dark Films and will be world premiered at the 2007 edition of the popular horror film festival HorrorFest (also known as 8 Films to Die For). Following the premiere, Lake Dead will appear in over 350 theaters throughout the United States. We are extremely excited to be a part of this extraordinary, frightening festival and both After Dark Films and us are expecting very big things from Lake Dead in the upcoming year.
